Ean is a 20 year old young man that lives a meaningful Everyday Life. 
His daily and weekly routine consists of:

  • ABA 
  • DIR 
  • Speech, OT, and PT
  • Home school program
  • Community outings
  • Spending quality time with his family

Ean is mostly non-verbal, but can use some sounds, words, and phrases. We encourage and accept any method of communication from Ean. Sometimes, Ean will form complete sentences via his communication apps –– Proloquo2Go™ and Proloquo4Text™ –– or simply via texts. Ean can also communicate using sign language and visual and gestural cues. Our staff are trained to observe and interpret cues for meaning.

He is very social and active, enjoying various activities such as:

  • Hiking on trails and walking through the parks in the area
  • Swimming
  • Going to Dorney Park
  • Jumping at trampoline parks
  • Going to the movies
  • Miniature golfing
  • Going to the mall
  • Dining at his favorite restaurants ( Subway, MOD Pizza, Chipotle )
  • Watching YouTube videos on his computer

Ean has an experienced and dedicated team that assist him in living an everyday life and achieving his full potential. His team includes a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), PT, OT, Speech, DIR™ Clinicians, Supports Coordinator, direct support professionals, and natural supports. We have found that consistency is the core to implementing his treatment plan with integrity. Ean is mastering and learning many activities of daily living ( ADLs ) and is an active part in his community. All staff are trained in Professional Crisis Management™(PCM), Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) trainings, as well as various other trainings offered by Office of Developmental (ODP) in order to effectively work with Ean and follow the goals and outcomes of his Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Individualized Support Plan (ISP), and Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP). 

Carol is a 70 year young lady who lives a full and meaningful life.  She takes great pride in her personal items, especially her extensive doll collection. She enjoys going to her day program , listening to 50’s music, watching TV, getting her hair and nails done, coloring & painting  going to church, shopping, eating out and many more community activities of her choosing, including vacationing to Disney World with her family!  Carol also takes pride in her appearance and chooses her outfits, matching socks, and appropriate jewelry every day. 

Carol has a dedicated team that provides her daily support towards her treatment and outcome goals.  We do this by offering Carol every opportunity to make her own decisions in her day to day life such as meal planning, her choice of various activities throughout the day and giving her praise and encouragement. In addition, our team's lives by our slogan, "We are here to support Carol in giving her the best years of her life"!!
